Beer & Wine Pairing “A trip on the Irish side”

Enjoy three tiers of “A taste of the Irish side” bites each paired with a sample of beer or wine.
Starters: Cheesy Beer Soup shooter & Reuben dip paired with Guiness & Harp/Bass
Jiggs Dinner: Corned beef w/mustard-honey-horseradish sauce, sauteed cabbage w/brussel sprouts & Irish soda bread paired with Pinot Noir & dry Reisling.
Dessert: Irish Cream Brownie w/brown butter icing & chocolate chip irish cream cupcakes paired with sparkling sharz
Personal chef, Jennifer Schuerman will share take home recipe cards and details on the beverage selections and why it was chosen.
