March 16th- Positive Power of Plants

During this multi-sensory experience we will taste, touch, smell, look and listen for the unseen benefits of plants in everyday life. What impact do plants really have on the brain, your mood and overall well-being? Aroma therapy, “detox” teas and old fashioned home remedies are a few of the topics that will be explored during this session. Instructor, Rachel South.
