Make & take with Chef Ed Godxowski includes hands on instruction to create 3 different forms of sushi: Classical, Hosomaki, & Uramaki. Participants get to take home the recipes, genuine chopsticks, & sushi mat to recreate the experience at home or for friends! Space is limited, reservations required. Fee is $90. Wine pairing samples included. Gardens will open at 5:00 for attendees to wander and enjoy the gardens.
