Yes, the "Garden Argosy" gift shop will open in May. It is located in the manor house.
Yes, starting May 1. Assorted divided perennials and trees (Japanese Zelkova, Dawn Redwoods, & Bald Cypress) will be available. Items for sale will vary throughtout the season. Left over annuals & pepper plants are normally available end of May.
Normally, the end of May or early June however, mother nature determines that. We will keep you posted through the web site.
Nemesia, small white blooms, with a delightful scent & alternanthera red thread, with its bush like growth is always a hit!
Yes, we offer an "Evening Guided Tour" the first Thursday of every month (starting in June). Registration required. See workshop tab for more details. If you do not wish to join the evening guided tour you may pay regular admission & enjoy the gardens on your own during that time.
There are many areas easily reached with a wheelchair or scooter however, much of the garden reflects a natural beauty. We do offer golf cart assistance to those who are handicapped or elderly. There is a fee for the golf cart and advance notice is required.
