Membership at the Schedel Arboretum & Gardens is extremely rewarding. Each year, tens of thousands of visitors take advantage of the unique opportunities available for the study and appreciation of nature and the arts. There are membership levels designed to meet the needs of every situation, from an individual to a family or corporate membership. Membership dollars are used for the expenses associated with operations of the gardens including the cost of plant material and labor costs.

Donations to the Joseph J. & Marie P. Schedel Foundation help to ensure that the legacy envisioned and left by the Schedel’s will continue on for future generations. Since 1989, the foundation board of directors has been entrusted with that task and operates with the guidance of its Mission Statement … “Providing meaningful and life enhancing experiences for the appreciation and study of nature and the arts.” Thanks to the benevolence of the many donors, tens of thousands of people have this opportunity each year.
